How we deliver relief
Operating entirely online allows us to keep our overhead low and direct our focus where it matters most: delivering essential shelter directly to those without housing.
1. Request via email
Outreach advocates, community members, or individuals in need send a direct request to gifts@brightertent.org outlining the immediate shelter need.
2. Supply preparation
We source, pack, and prepare durable weather-resistant tents tailored to provide dependable protection from the outdoor elements.
3. Direct handoff
Tents are coordinated for direct pickup or delivered promptly into the hands of those experiencing homelessness. We CAN mail to general post offices without the need for a physical address.
Email donation requests
We have eliminated complicated paperwork to ensure aid arrives without delay. If you know someone currently unhoused who urgently requires shelter, simply email us at gifts@brightertent.org with location details and needs. Our team reviews every request promptly to dispatch free tents as resources allow.
